Strip: The units (transmissions, differentials etc.) are completely disassembled in our stripping division.

Clean: After the unit has been disassembled, the components are then washed and, if necessary, bead-blasted in our wash division.

Diagnose: The clean parts are then inspected for wear, fractures, excessive heat scoring, and reusability. All parts that require replacement are set aside for the parts department.

Rebuild: Once all necessary parts have been replaced, the unit is completely reassembled and tested by one of our qualified technicians. The unit is then painted and prepared for shipment.
